Accountable’s policy templates meet Federal requirements for HIPAA out of the box. There is no reason to edit to match anything the Government is asking.

While the policies meet Federal regulation out-of-the-box, this leaves them susceptible to being very broad. You will find yourself editing in order to make these policies fit with your Organization’s unique structure.
An example - If you read something in our template and it is phrased XYZ, but you know that if you tweaked that to say ABC for your staff to further comprehend the intent of the policy, please go ahead and make that change! That is just why the ability to edit is here - To match Company culture.
